The tryout fee is $25. You can pay cash the first tryout or e-Transfer the Treasurer. If sending an e-Transfer, please write in the comments the player's name, the level they are trying out for and the Head Coach's name if you know it.^*

This is a TRYOUT form for players wishing to play in 2023 with the Sarnia Brigade Minor Baseball Association. This is not a registration form. Players, if selected, will have to complete a registration form once the team is finalized.
