By completing this tryout form and showing up to the diamond you are agreeing to follow all rules regarding social distancing and return to sport as set out by The Province of Ontario, Baseball Ontario, The City of Sarnia and the Sarnia Baseball Club.

The head coach or designate will be enforcing Attendance Tracking for each event. Please co-operate with all requests.
