April 1st payments deferred
TO: All Sarnia Braves Registrants
Re: April 1 Registration Installements/PaymentsThe next registration installment is scheduled to be due April 1. In light of our current situation with COVID-19, it is unknown when we might return to having baseball activities.
Baseball Ontario has suspended all in-person baseball activities, and we will not be able to begin until they lift the suspension (our insurance is void while the suspension is in place).
We also recognise that the next couple of months will be stressful on families and for many family finances will be impacted by the steps taken by the government to shut down all non-essential businesses.
In light of this, the Executive has determined that we will suspend the registration installments until we know whether or not we will be able to offer a program in 2020.
If you signed up for "offline payments" you need take no action as a result of this email (ie don't send the Treasurer e-transfers for the installments).
If you signed up for credit card payments, please check your April and May statements to ensure that there is no charge from the Sarnia Braves. I will do my best to ensure that nobody's credit card is charged for further installments until we have communicated that yes, we will be able to offer a program this year.
