Indoor Workouts
Update: Workout for Tuesday February 19th has been delayed a 1/2 hour to 6:00pm - 7:30pm, due to Rosedale’s Kindergarten registration.
The Indoor Workouts have been scheduled for Tuesday nights from 5:30pm - 7:00pm at Rosedale Public School starting February 12th to April 23rd. These are optional, as families have busy winter schedules with hockey or other activities and didn’t have this planned. If would be beneficial if the player could make it to some or all, but don’t be concerned if you can’t fit it in.
We won’t be able to hit indoors, but we will work on fundamentals, such as throwing, catching and fielding.
Please bring the following to the workout sessions: water, glove, baseball hat, indoor running shoes, athletic pants and cup protector.
